Charges: Married father of two young children, arrested for 3rd DUI, a Felony facing Five years in Prison. Alleged to have been driving erratically and without headlights on Military Trail. Stopped and arrested by experienced Palm Beach County DUI Task Force Officer.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty
Case No. 2006CF011460AXXXMB, (2006), Judge Berger
Charges: Hispanic, U.S. Citizen, hard working middle-aged male, accused by scorned non-citizen, girlfriend of beating her. Arrested for Aggravated Battery. During the course of the five (5) day Jury Trial, the Prosecution is allowed to present to the Jury two (2) prior incidences of violence against the girlfriend by the Defendant. Despite the admission of this evidence of prior attacks against the girlfriend, aggressive cross-examination reveals that she is not credible and has a motive for making these false allegations. Defendant is finally freed after spending one (1) year in jail for a crime he did not commit.

Charges: Man accused of having five (5) prior DUIs, but State unable to prove more than one prior conviction. Man is stopped and arrested coming back from Broward County. Officer observes him on an exit ramp in Boca Raton. Officer claims the man showed numerous signs of impairment.
Result: Trial; Not Guilty

Charges: Middle-aged woman leaves night club in Palm Beach Gardens, after spending the evening at her regularly attended Ballroom Dancing Studio, then to a local night club for more dancing. She is accused of DUI. Arrested and Charged by notorious Palm Beach Gardens DUI Task Force Officer with 20+ years as a Police Officer.

Charges: Middle-aged, Harley Davidson Biker, involved in multiple bike/vehicle crash, is seriously injured, and trauma-hawked to hospital. One person tragically died in accident. He is charged with DUI/Accident with Injury. After Defense Attorney filed a Motion Challenging a Subpoena for his Medical Records, the State reduced the charges to Reckless Driving.
Result: DUI charge dropped and reduced to Reckless Driving
